Cancellation Policy
# Virtual Paint Party Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your Virtual Paint Party, please review the following policy: * **Party Supplies:** Once your paint party supplies have been shipped, the cost of the supplies is **non-refundable**. * **Rescheduling:** If you're unable to host your party on the originally scheduled date, you may **reschedule your event for another available date**. Your previously shipped supplies can be used for your rescheduled party. * **Cancellations:** Cancellations made **at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time** will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made **less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time** will be subject to a **$50 cancellation fee**. We appreciate your understanding, as supplies, preparation time, and instructor availability are reserved specifically for your event. 🎨
